Exercising is very good, however, try to avoid facial exercise because this tends to create or increase facial wrinkles, instead, stay only on general physical exercise.
Finally, it is also very important that you have a balanced diet, enough rest and sleep, as well as drink lots of water. Make use of the food pyramid as a guide so you will know which kinds of foods you can eat a lot, and which of those that you should only have in limited amounts. Because stress is also a very big factor in hindering us from having beautiful skin, then we should have at least eight hours of sleep each night. And lastly, because our bodies are mostly made up of liquid, hydration is very important.
